Increase muscle size

This Photoshop tutorial will teach you how to increase muscle size. This can be used increase the look of your bicep/triceps. This effect is very simple and required using the Liquify tool. I have used a free stock image of a woman which is available at: www.sxc.hu

Increase muscle size

Step 1

Open an image in Photoshop with exposed arms.

Step 2

Select Filter > Liquify and then select the bloat tool (B) on the right hand side. And use the following settings: brush size = 55, brush density = 50, brush pressure = 100, and brush rate =80.

**Change the brush size to increase and decrease the size of the brush head.

Step 3

Start bloating out the shoulder first and work your way to the bicep. You just click on the body part and you should notice it getting slightly larger.

You should now have arms with larger muscles.
